Two-Year Leadership Program
As an extension of the vision and mission of Christ Church, the Impact Leadership Program provides strategic, developmental programs designed to produce leaders at every level and at every stage of maturation. Through targeted instruction and course tracks, each leader will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge base and skills, collaborate with other aspiring and emerging leaders, and apply their refined proficiencies for greater solution-oriented outcomes.
PLEASE NOTE: All aspiring, emerging, and established leaders can apply to the ILP program! Christ Church membership is not a prerequisite.
In-person and virtual leadership sessions and courses
Curriculum resources (online) in accordance with the subject and content matter
Leadership cohorts for discussion and dynamic conversations

Leadership videos to be shown during sessions for further discussion

The Impact Leadership Program (ILP) is designed to offer each participant a comprehensive, holistic leadership experience. The content will include materials from Dr. David Ireland (Founder & Lead Pastor of Christ Church) and other leading experts in the field of organizational leadership, innovation, and building relational competence.
This two-year leadership program is designed for leaders to intentionally grow in their personal, spiritual, relational, and professional development. It will consist of two tracks per year. The following tracks, along with a curriculum, will be offered for leaders committed to development for church, organizational, or marketplace leadership:
